THE PARTNERSHIP
Our City Partner model is based on one selected partner per approved city.
You run the licensed transport operation and maintain the passenger relationship. We provide the agreed technology and help your team improve fleet coordination, workflow adoption and service performance through training and structured reviews.
Partner selection considers local expertise, operating capability and service standards. We agree the scope, territorial terms, delivery plan and onboarding slot before the first payment. Each city implementation proceeds one project at a time.
