All prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where applicable. Access is subject to assessment and scheduled onboarding. The applicable tier is determined by the higher of the active vehicle and chauffeur counts. Functionality and delivery milestones are defined in the implementation agreement.

One setup package for the city’s software, apps, website and launch.
We agree the scope, delivery plan and onboarding slot before the first payment. The founding benchmark is £12,000: £6,000 on signing once the slot is confirmed, followed by £6,000 before go-live. Market pricing is confirmed individually.
City Launch includes operator software for Mac and Windows computers, a city-branded client app and chauffeur app for both iOS and Android, the city website, branding, configuration, training and onboarding. Both downloadable apps are part of the setup fee.
Your monthly subscription begins on the official go-live date. Brand, software and domain rights remain contractual rights of use.
Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in the signed City Partner agreement.

Are both downloadable apps included in City Launch?
Yes. The City Launch setup fee includes a dedicated city-branded client app and chauffeur app for both iOS and Android, alongside the operator software, website, branding and onboarding. The apps are delivered against the city’s agreed implementation and release schedule.
What counts towards the subscription limit?
Active vehicles and chauffeurs registered and actively managed under the subscription. External commercial relationships alone do not count; an affiliate vehicle or chauffeur actively managed through the platform does.
What if my vehicle and chauffeur counts differ?
Use the higher count. Eight vehicles and 14 chauffeurs require Scale. If either count exceeds 20, discuss Enterprise.
What does the monthly subscription cover?
Platform access, ongoing software maintenance and standard updates, within the agreed capacity tier. For City Partners, the agreed performance review programme is also included. Bespoke development outside the standard scope may be quoted separately.
Is performance monitoring an extra charge?
For City Partners, the first six months include periodic KPI reports, team reviews and direct working sessions with the Black Fleet founder to agree improvements and review progress towards Black Fleet standards. This programme is included in the monthly subscription, with no separate monitoring fee. Quarterly reviews continue afterwards.
Does a subscription guarantee work?
No. Network opportunities depend on demand and eligibility. No booking volume, income or revenue is guaranteed.
Are paid advertising and social media included?
Daily social media management and advertising media spend are not included by default. Paid advertising management may be agreed separately.
How is my implementation scheduled?
We assess your operation, agree the deliverables and delivery plan, then confirm an onboarding slot before the first payment. City Partners are onboarded one at a time. Your monthly subscription begins on the official go-live date.
