Website descriptions introduce our offering and the scope available for discussion. Submitting an enquiry does not create a subscription, partnership, territory reservation or payment obligation. Binding scope, functionality, onboarding dates and commercial terms must be set out in the applicable agreement.
Software subscriptions
The subscription tiers are Operate at £499 per month for up to 10 active vehicles and 10 active chauffeurs; Scale at £699 per month for up to 20 of each; and Enterprise at custom pricing where either count exceeds 20 or bespoke requirements apply. The higher active count determines the capacity tier. VAT is added where applicable. Actual access and available features are agreed before activation.
City Launch
Founding City Opportunities start from £12,000. This setup package includes operator software for Mac and Windows computers, city-branded client and chauffeur apps for iOS and Android, the city website, branding and onboarding. Market scope and delivery schedules are agreed individually. For the £12,000 benchmark, £6,000 is due on signing after an onboarding slot is confirmed and £6,000 before go-live. The monthly subscription starts on the official go-live date. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the signed agreement.
City Partner rights
A City Partner receives agreed contractual rights of use, subject to standards and performance. The arrangement does not transfer ownership of the Black Fleet brand, software or domain to the City Partner. Territorial rights, any exclusivity, termination and data-export provisions require the signed agreement.
Local transport responsibility
The relevant local operator provides passenger transport and remains responsible for required local licences, permits and insurance. An application market is not a statement that Black Fleet passenger services are operating there.
Network opportunities
Network-distributed work depends on demand, eligibility, compliance, geography, capacity and operational suitability. No booking volume or income is guaranteed. The no-commission model applies only to qualifying journeys under the agreed commercial terms.
Updates and bespoke work
Standard platform improvements are included in the subscription. Bespoke operator-specific work may be quoted separately. Advertising media spend and daily social media management are not included by default.
Using this website

These website terms do not replace the platform licence, City Partner agreement, data-processing agreement or passenger transport terms. Service commitments, territorial rights and delivery obligations are defined in the relevant signed agreement. We may update website information as our services change; an update does not itself amend an existing signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
