Black Fleet Dev LTD develops and maintains the Black Fleet software platform. Black Fleet London LTD is the first City Partner and live operating deployment, responsible for local chauffeur services. The two companies have distinct roles: software engineering and passenger transport.

Black Fleet London Ltd operates the passenger transport service. The operator software is live. Its day-to-day use informs the platform’s booking logic, dispatch workflows and application design.
Booking handoffs, chauffeur allocation and service coordination provide the context for product decisions. London is our current implementation priority; city projects are handled individually, with scope, configuration and acceptance agreed for each operator.
